When designing your kitchen furniture, don’t forget about the very important thing – kitchen lighting.
This is where you should pay special attention.
Correct and well-installed lighting ensures that you can get on with the job without getting tired. The lighting above the worktop should be particularly good, as this part of the kitchen furniture, also known as the work area, must be additionally illuminated.
For countertop lighting, we usually use LEDs hidden in special profiles. Aluminium profiles with glass or plastic covers diffuse the light well without dazzling you. LED adhesive strips can also be used. Why choose LED lighting? LEDs consume very little electricity, which is very important these days. LED lighting is also available in a wide range of colours, which makes it even more versatile.
If you have the option, we suggest installing LED lights in the cupboards, so you can easily reach and see the contents. The lights can be switched on by opening the door, with a remote control, or by changing colours.
So on these particularly dark autumn evenings, don’t let your eyes get tired and think about a brighter and more attractive kitchen.
