Boards Cut to Size
To get boards cut properly we use industrial-grade machines or CNC centres, so full-size MDF or MFC boards can be cut. Our machines trim boards on all four sides to provide a clean working edge, and all subsequent cuts are precise and virtually chip-free.

Furniture fittings
In modern furniture production, we find wood, metal, chipboard, aluminium products, glass, plastic and many other materials and mechanisms used in furniture production.
The starting point should be the materials used to make the body of the furniture. Most of our furniture is made from chipboard or painted MDF. We use products from world known companies such as Thermopal, Pfleiderer, Egger, Kronospan and Kronopol.
We can manufacture cabinets also natural veneer or wood panels. Such furniture looks like it is made of natural wood, but costs less than solid wood furniture.
For kitchen worktops, we use chipboard worktops from Egger, Thermopal, Duropal, M. Kaindl Holzindustrie.
The abundance of furniture fittings nowadays can really be surprising, and the choice between the mechanisms available is quite difficult for the average person. We will fit the following fittings (rails, hinges, lifts, etc.) according to your needs and wishes: Blum, Hettich, Hafele, Grass, Peka, FGV factories.
We use several common systems to manufacture sliding doors. Slider, Sevroll, Indeco are some of the main ones.

Professional edgebanding services.
We laminate wood veneer panels with natural veneer tape, chipboard panels with ABS edge, natural wood with wood sticks edges.
Our company can edgeband straight panels and panels cut at an angle. Handmade edgeband could be applied for radius milled panels. The thickest panel to which we can apply edging tape is 55 mm in height (thickness).
Our machines are calibrated to suit the decor board so that edging tape fits the panel perfectly.
