CNC Milling
CNC milling machines are used for milling, cutting and engraving of various parts and products from MDF, LMDP, MPP panels, solid wood, plywood and Compact HPL. We provide CNC milling services in Vilnius, but we can transport finished products throughout Lithuania and across Europe.
Our machines can mill parts up to 3100 x 2100 x 300 mm. With the extension function, the machining area can be increased.
We can create and prepare milling files to produce the exact products you send us. Also We can prepare a 3D project and add it to cnc milling machine.
One of the most popular services nowadays is the manufacture of various products according to given parameters. The reproduction of these products is very precise, so that if you order a variety of CNC parts, they will always be identical and to the exact dimensions.
We provide CNC milling services to companies, organisations and individual customers.
We are milling furniture fronts ( MDF ) with various patterns, MDF filings, furniture walls. We cut MDF and chipboard using CNC, so the required parts are always exact dimensions.
We can also offer a 3D furniture design service with the transfer of the entire production to the CNC machine. We design, manufacture furniture cabinet parts, laminate, drill and pack the finished piece of furniture, all you have to do is assemble it. All services for cabinetmakers in one place.
Using CNC machines we cut and mill Compact HPL panels. Various patterns, ornaments, milling holes for hobs, sinks, faucets. We cut Compact HPL panels up to 3000x2000mm.
Precision and quality milling holes in worktops, holes for hobs, sinks, taps. We can mill worktops according to given dimensions and patterns.
Milling plywood products allows us to reproduce the intricate patterns and joints needed for the subsequent assembly of the product. We can also produce one-off plywood products, prototypes or templates.

Interior designers are invited to to realise furniture designes of any complexity by using CNC services.
